Leadership Development (Nelson Mandela University )

GLC partnered  with Nelson Mandela University to offer a customised leadership development programme for students that are “rising stars”. Rising stars are students that are not in any leadership positions but have the potential to make a significant impact with the right coaching and development . This programme included robust conversations around defining what leadership is , discussions around what is missing the student leadership space , patriarchy , substance abuse , mental health and other significant leadership related topics . The main facilitator was Luphumlo Joka (Director of GLC) .
