DNF Waste Management Entrepreneurship Programs

Global Leadership Consultants in partnership with DNF Waste Management  designed a training and  business coaching programme for waste pickers from disadvantaged background based in the Buffalo City Region .Established in 2008, DNF Waste and Environmental Services (DNF) is a 100% Black Woman Owned Waste & Environmental Management Company.

This programme brings together strategic partners like NYDA, ECDC, SEDA and other state agencies that are geared towards assisting SMMES in the EC.Part of the objectives of the programme is to assist waste pickers to start and operate successful waste management businesses and to access financial and non-financial support from different government agencies. This will need them to have bankable business plans , registered businesses that are tax compliant. The interventions included , weekly workshops  & one on one coaching sessions with the participants.
